It has come to our attention that our online payment and submission forms are not working. While we are hard at work getting these functions fixed again, we have an alternative way for you to submit your paperwork and payment for memberships and registrations.

Please download the forms under Registry > Forms & Fees. You can then either print the forms and scan back into your computer or use a PDF editor to fill in the forms. Email paperwork as attachments to info@awssr.org.

Payments for memberships and registrations need to be sent via PayPal to director@awssr.org.

If you do not want to submit your paperwork online or pay via PayPal, please print and send your paperwork via the US Postal Service to Nancy Roth P.O. Box 38 Berger, MO 63014. You may also send a check this way.

If you have submitted paperwork via the online portal on our website, please contact us at info@awssr.org and attach your paperwork so we can better process your request and confirm we have received it. Please include proof of payment via PayPal as well.
