We at AWSSR know this year has been a challenging one. Many shows were canceled and members were plunged into a world unknown dealing with the pandemic. This year we are continuing to offer our Year End Awards.

We will be giving awards for USEF points in hunters, jumpers and eventing. Median scores in classical dressage will be used (minimum of 3 scores per level, 2 scores for Dressage Sporthorse Breeding and Materiale). All dressage levels will be awarded at open and National and FEI scores will be grouped into AA and Jr/YR.

For western dressage, median scores will also be used and schooling and online show scores are acceptable. Trophy buckles for western dressage will be awarded again this year to the top 3.

Medals and ribbons are awarded to 8th place in all categories.

To be eligible for Year End Awards, a $35 fee must be received by Dec. 15. You also must be an active member. Lifetime members have year end awards already included in their membership.

To submit scores for western dressage, copies of the tests must be sent to info@awssr.org. For other disciplines, you can also send those to info@awssr.org or AWSSR will look you up on the USEF website. Eligible shows for year end awards end Nov. 30.
